Yes, same-day delivery is available subject to availability. For guaranteed same-day service, please call us before 10am.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we often accommodate next-day and same-day requests. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting your preferred time slot.

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays (6:30am–12pm). Sunday delivery is not available.

Bin Sizes & Pricing

As a general guide: 2m³ suits a small clean-up or single room renovation; 3m³ is great for kitchens or bathrooms; 4m³ (our most popular) handles most full home clean-outs; 6m³ and 8m³ are best for large renovations or construction projects.

The price includes bin delivery, a standard hire period (3–7 days), and collection. A $25 fuel levy applies to all bookings. Optional extras such as council road fees, mattress and tyre disposal are itemised separately.

No. We list all fees upfront during the booking process. Potential additional charges include: road placement council fee ($65), mattress disposal ($50 each), tyre disposal ($20 each), overweight bin fee ($135/tonne), and onsite cancellation ($80).

Standard hire is 3–7 days. If you need longer, please let us know at the time of booking or call us — extended hire can be arranged for a small additional daily fee.

Waste & Recycling

General household waste, furniture, green garden waste, light and heavy builders rubbish, bricks, concrete, soil, tiles, timber, plasterboard, and general rubbish. Always select the correct waste type when booking.

Hazardous materials including asbestos, paints, chemicals, solvents, gas bottles, liquid waste, food scraps, medical waste, and car batteries are strictly prohibited. Violations may incur significant additional fees.

Yes. We sort and recover as much recyclable material as possible from every load, significantly reducing the amount sent to landfill. This is part of our commitment to the environment.

Mixing is only allowed within the same waste category. For example, don't mix heavy rubble with household items. Mixed loads that don't match the declared waste type may incur additional charges.

Bin Placement

The bin can be placed on your driveway (preferred) or on the road/council land. Placing a bin on the road requires a council permit in most Melbourne municipalities. We can advise on this during booking.

Yes, but you may need a council permit. We'll include the estimated council fee in your quote. Requirements vary by council — contact us if you're unsure.

If the driveway isn't accessible (low overhead clearance, steep slope, soft ground), road placement may be the best option. Speak to our team and we'll find the best solution for your property.

Bins must not be filled above the rim for safety and legal reasons during transport. An overloaded bin fee of $60 applies. If you need more space, contact us to arrange a swap or additional bin.
